Welcome to Grovega. These terms explain the rules for using our service. By creating an account or using Grovega, you agree to them. We have kept them as plain as we can.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Grovega is provided by:
For users in India: HND Solutions Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
For users in the United States and elsewhere: Gohnd LLC, United States.
In these terms, "Grovega", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the relevant entity above based on where you are located.
In these terms, "the Service" means Grovega CRM, together with our related websites and APIs.
2. Who can use Grovega
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Grovega is a business tool intended for business use. By using it, you confirm you have the authority to act for the business you represent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Tell us promptly at support@grovega.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Using Grovega responsibly
You agree not to:
Use Grovega for anything illegal or harmful.
Send spam, or use Grovega to violate others' privacy or rights.
Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Resell or misrepresent the service as your own without our permission.
Upload data you do not have the right to store or process.
You are responsible for the data you put into Grovega, including having the right to store it and informing your own contacts where the law requires.
5. The data you store
The contacts, leads, and records you add to Grovega belong to you. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for how you collect and use it.
6. Plans, billing, and payments
Grovega offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Details and current prices are shown on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, Razorpay (for India) and Stripe (for the US and elsewhere).
Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any change to your plan's price before it takes effect.
7. Taxes
All subscription prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. For customers in India, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added to the price at checkout, and a GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for each payment. For customers outside India, no Indian GST is charged, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply in your own jurisdiction.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Refunds: if you are not happy, you may request a refund within 7 days of a payment by emailing support@grovega.com. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Free plans and trials
If we offer a free plan or trial, we may change or end it at any time. Free plans may have limits on features or usage. We will not lose or delete your data without notice if a paid plan lapses to free, but some features may become unavailable.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work hard to keep Grovega available and reliable, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we plan a major change that affects you, we will try to give reasonable notice.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Grovega and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
When your account is closed, cancelled, or terminated, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it or reactivate. After 30 days, we permanently delete your account data, except for records we must keep to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You can also ask us to delete your data sooner.
12. Our intellectual property
Grovega, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any ownership of Grovega itself. You keep ownership of the data you put in.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Grovega is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Governing law and disputes
For users in India: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
For users in the United States and elsewhere: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know. The "last updated" date always shows the current version. Continuing to use Grovega after changes means you accept the updated terms.
