We want you to feel good about paying for Grovega. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. We have kept it simple.
1. The 7-day refund window
If you are not happy with Grovega, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. To keep it simple and fair, the 7-day window is the same for everyone, whether you are on a monthly or an annual plan.
2. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, including annual plans. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. You can still cancel at any time (see Section 4), you just will not be charged again after your current period ends.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at support@grovega.com within 7 days of your payment, with the email address on your account. A real person will process it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and are handled by our payment providers, Razorpay (for India) and Stripe (for the US and elsewhere). It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. GST and taxes
Where GST was charged, refunds are processed for the full GST-inclusive amount you paid. GST already remitted to the authorities may be adjusted in accordance with applicable tax rules.
5. Cancellation vs refund
These are two different things:
Cancellation stops future billing. Your plan stays active until the end of your current period, and you are not charged again. You can cancel any time.
Refund returns a payment you already made, available within the 7-day window above.
6. Free plans and trials
If you are on a free plan or trial, there is nothing to refund, you have not been charged. Paid features are only billed when you choose a paid plan.
7. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where the law requires a refund we have not covered here, we will honor it.
